            Gregg Sterett has over thirty years experience in business working for a Fortune 200 company in Marketing & Sales Management, Training, Quality Improvement and Teamwork.  Through five major corporate mergers, he provided coaching, training and performance management solutions to high-performing business managers responsible for revenues of over one billion dollars.   He has worked with hundreds of companies across North America while coaching business managers in solving problems, using total quality management tools and bringing people together to resolve differences and achieve agreements.  He has developed training programs for cross-functional teamwork, organizational alignment and led the planning of a variety of strategic planning and team-building events which fostered empowerment, celebrated diversity and focused teams on growing new business.    In addition to rail freight and intermodal transportation Gregg has worked in the retail, food service, healthcare, wholesale, public storage, uniform manufacturing, commodity export and telecommunications/internet industries.

             A native of Missouri, Gregg graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Psychology from Southwest Missouri State University, and has completed graduate studies at the University of South Alabama, Northwestern University and the University of Texas, Austin.   He is a graduate of the management development program at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina and a Master Trainer, Team Leader and Meeting Facilitator.  He has worked as an internal examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award application at Union Pacific Railroad and he was personally recognized with the Chairman’s Quality Award.  He is a public speaker and trainer of a variety of sales and account development skills, presentations, negotiations, problem-solving and teamwork competencies.    During his career development he has relocated ten times before finding his way to the Dallas area.  In addition to being a Certified Member of the American Society of Transportation and Logistics, Inc. he has served on their National Board and is a member of the Dallas Human Resources Management Association, Inc. the National Society for Human Resource Management, the Dallas Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and participates or facilitates in several networking groups.
