Aimee's Daily Notes: April 3, 2010

Easter is a very special time for me.  It's a time for reaching out to others and humbly serving their needs.  Our VIP member, Susie Jennings, Founder of Operation Care Dallas, a special ministry for the homeless, has shared what it means to reach out and help others.  She organized a group of sixty volunteers to go to 'the Bridge' on Saturday, April 3rd to help the largest group of homeless people residing in Dallas.  Here, read more about it.  It touched my heart to read the story of what happened at the Bridge, and how one of our VIP members reached out to others this past Saturday and Sunday, during Easter.
